The next Prime Minister of the UK will be announced on Monday 5th September 2022.

At this time, we reflect on the instruction from the first epistle of Paul to Timothy:

‘Therefore I exhort first of all that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving thanks , be made for all men. For Kings and for all that are in authority; that we may lead a quiet and peaceful life in all godliness and honesty.’

1 Timothy 2:1-2
